ABC sponsors a youth wrestling program during the winter months and is open to boys and girls ages 5 through 14.

ABC's wrestling program:

• Teaches self discipline and motivation
• Builds strength and dexterity
• Is "High School style"
• Keeps our youth athletically active during the winter months

• Tuesday night - 1 hour practice for 5, 6, and 7 year olds
• Wed/Thur nights - All wrestlers practice

Matches and tournaments are usually on Saturdays (and possibly a few Sundays).
