  • Online registration opens soon .... see our Home page for details!

Individual player and team sign-ups
  • Beginning this year, sign-ups will be done online (registration window opens soon!)
    (watch this page for updates!)

Individual player registration fees for the 2026 season are:

         $80 - Training League (T-Ball / PAL Ball / GAL Ball) -- 12-game season
$120 - Youth League teams (older than training league) -- 14-game season

Payment is made at registration (online registration available soon!).  Uniforms, equipment, and other team expenses are not included in this registration fee.

NOTE:  If you were on an ABC team last year and will play on the same team again this year, contact your team manager or coach to ensure they know you are returning and to get details on how to register and be assigned to your team.

Regarding individual pool player sign-ups, we do our best to place everyone on a team. Still, eventually, teams fill up (even newly created ones), so we cannot guarantee placement. Registrations are processed in the order received, so the sooner you sign up, the better your chances of being placed.

-- IMPORTANT NOTE --

The formation of teams depends on having parents or other adults help to coach and operate the team.  Youth sports league teams can exist only with responsible parental/adult involvement.  If you want to know what is involved in coaching or running a team, ASK!  Contact ABC  (See more on parental involvement below...)

Who can play?

Age levels for Youth League baseball teams are 8 through 18.  Younger players (4 to 7 year olds -- with birthdates from May 2018 through April 2022) are eligible to participate in ABC's Training League program (TEE Ball and machine pitch).  Read more about the Baseball / Softball Training League …

Please view the baseball age chart for the specific age division assignment based on date of birth.  Players MUST be at least four (4) years old BY April 30, 2026, and cannot be over age 18 on May 1, 2026.

There are no residency requirements to play in our sports programs.  ABC Ball Park is a not-for-profit youth sports organization, collectively owned by families whose children participate in its programs.  If you can get here, you can play here!

Where is ABC Ball Park?

ABC Ball Park is located at 10050 Livingston Avenue, St. Ann, MO -- just north of St. Charles Rock Road and St. Gregory Lane - about 1 mile east of Lindbergh Blvd.  Get map…

What is the cost?

Individual player registration fees for the 2026 season are:

         $80 - Training League (T-Ball / PAL Ball / GAL Ball) – 12-game season
$120 - Youth League teams (older than training league) 14-game season

Payment is made at registration (online registration available soon!).  Uniforms, equipment, and other team expenses are not included in this registration fee.  While teams are encouraged to keep these expenses as low as possible, parents should know that these costs depend, in part, on decisions made as a team.

Teams may attempt to offset these additional costs (and even registration fees) by securing sponsors and conducting fundraisers.  These activities, when conducted, are the sole responsibility of each team.

When are the games played?

The 2026 baseball season at ABC will begin on Saturday, May 2, and continue into July.  High school age teams begin playing games in mid to late May.

Games are played primarily on weekdays – Monday through Friday evenings beginning at 6:00 pm - and, as needed, on Saturdays and Sundays.

Youth league teams play a 14-game season.  Training League teams (Tee Ball, PAL Ball, and Gal Ball) play a 12-game season.

When (and where) are practices?

Each team determines practice schedules and locations.

Photo ID Card

Photo IDs are required for all baseball players.  New players to ABC or those with expired IDs must attend one of the scheduled ID card sessions before the season.  Read more for currently scheduled dates…

Bring the child (for a "photo” ID), proof of age (birth certificate or expired ID card), and $5.00.

ID cards are valid for three (3) years and can be used for all ABC sports programs.  If you have a non-expired ID card from another sport, it can also be used for baseball.

How can parents help?

Parental volunteer involvement is crucial to the success of our youth sports programs.  Each team needs volunteers to help manage, coach, make phone calls, be scorekeepers, etc.  The ABC baseball commissioners can guide you on what is required to manage or coach a youth team.

ABC Ball Park requires background checks for all volunteer managers and coaches.  The cost of up to three (3) background checks per team is included at no cost for each team.  The fee for additional background checks is $10.00 each.

Don’t just sit in the stands.  A group of kids needs parental volunteers to help them become a team.  Without the managers and coaches, the kids don’t play.  Come and help guide your child and his teammates through their baseball experience.  Help teach the game. Help teach sportsmanship!
